Our client is an internationally established, young and dynamic company which is rapidly growing and looking towards expanding in new markets. The Company is based in the south of Europe and is looking for a Sales Manager (f/m/x) for the Business Development in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The high-tech company is manufacturing video surveillance, security solutions and smart home systems for residential and commercial applications with a special focus on data security and artificial intelligence. YOUR TASTKS:

In this position your main responsibility will be the business development of the products into the market of German speaking countries. Your tasks will include the acquisition of new clients and the development of strong business relationships as well as following up on existing clients as well as providing sales support. You will negotiate and conclude contracts with customers, establish a brand presence by traveling to trade shows and increase sales by promoting new products. As Sales Manager (f/m/x) you will also be responsible for competitive analysis of the security systems market in the DACH-region and across Europe as well as general sales forecasting and planning. In this horizontal organization you will report to the Head of Sales directly and also the Managing Director.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

For this position you have at least 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Germany, Austria or Switzerland will be considered as an advantage). Ideally you are also versed in surveillance technology, video analytics, IOT or security products, access control, general IT or integration technology. A university degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or Economics or related fields is advantageous. You are also very literate in IT technologies and have a good understanding of sales processes and dynamics as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You feel comfortable in working independently and in fast-paced environments and stay within targets. Furthermore, you are highly motivated and target driven. Native speaking skills in German and fluent speaking skills in English language are required, due to the focus on the German speaking market and the international organization of our client. This position also requires high travel activities to international meetings, business trips or trade shows. The annual remuneration package for this position amounts to EUR 60-80.000,- including commission plus company car, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
