Head of Group Controlling (f/m/x)

Our client is a leading, family-owned international group of companies that develops and manufactures high-quality and technologically sophisticated products for industrial customers. Due to the strong growth of the company, we are looking for a Head of Group Controlling (f/m/x) for the headquarters of our client in Vienna. In this exciting and challenging position, you and your team will be responsible for the management and further development of the global controlling agendas and will report directly to the Global Head of Finance and Controlling. You can contribute your ideas in how to establish global, standardized processes and systems after the strong growth of the last years.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

You will be responsible for leading and developing the global controlling team (6 direct plus approximately 10 functional employees). In addition to ongoing operational controlling topics, you will be responsible for global controlling as well as process optimization and automation and digitalization of systems, such as the introduction of automated workflows. You are responsible for standardized, transparent and efficient reporting as well as the definition and tracking of KPI’s. Managing and improving planning processes are part of your tasks, also budgeting, monthly forecasts and creation of business plans. Moreover, you proactively analyze deviations, initiate and manage corrective actions. You establish and lead global controlling projects and evaluate projects in the bidding phase with your team. You will act as a business partner at eye level with the management team.

 

IHR PROFIL:

In addition to a completed business education with a focus on controlling, you have gained several years of experience in controlling and as a manager/leader. You know the business processes in an international production environment and can bring together partners and innovative topics as a business partner in an agile, very dynamic environment. You have an affinity for continuous improvement of processes and structures and already have previous experiences in this area. English and at least German basic skills are required, as well as very good MS Office and ideally SAP skills (SAP CO/COPA/BI). Knowledge of other IT tools is an advantage. Personally, you are characterized by your structured way of working and your high analytical competence, coupled with an entrepreneurial vision and the ability to set priorities. You are an independent, dynamic, and flexible personality with persuasiveness and assertiveness. As an excellent interface manager, you can motivate, inspire, and develop talents of different hierarchy levels. You have a hands-on mentality combined with a solution-oriented approach and impress with your high level of commitment and your proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude.

The minimum base salary  is at EUR 80,000 gross p.a. plus additional benefits (e.g. company car, mobile work); depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
